Working as a barista with our Belong Co. mobile coffee team is a fun and challenging introductory position to our coffee program.
As a member of the coffee team you will learn:
How to make espresso drinks using adaptive tools
How to interact with a customer, take orders, and use an adaptive POS system
How to work with a mobile cart and support your team in an event environment
This is a part-time, year-round position at 3-10 hours weekly. We train our baristas on our mobile team, with the opportunity to get promoted to a brick and mortar program.
Our mobile team works private events, public events, and staffs The Hive at HP (HP’s internal coffee shop for staff) 3 days a week.
We are currently not hiring for any new mobile coffee positions.
