HP Hive Admin/Lead Needed!

In this role, you will:

  • Run manager role at HP Campus Hive Coffee Cart (assist employees, help make drinks, set-up and clean up daily

  • Do timesheets, inventory, cash drawer management, employee scheduling, update daily spreadsheet tracking, send grocery list to shopper, does weekly load of laundry,  etc.

  • Redirect behaviors as needed communicate with supervisor as any issues arise.

  • Be willing to learn and potentially work extra shifts with mobile coffee cart program as needed.

  • Work 7:15a-11:45a T/W/TH management (4.5 hours per day) + 2 admin hours per week for a total of about 15.5 hours per week! $16 per hour+ TIPS 

    - Please note: We do take some weeks’ off throughout the calendar year (unpaid) - Thanksgiving week, winter closure (Christmas-New Year), and 4th of July week!

    - Ideal start date January 6th, 2026 with training and supervision for the first two weeks !
