NO SHOW-POLICY
Some of our programs have limited spots, and when someone doesn’t attend, it prevents others from participating.
Key points:
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t attend.
Email socail@belongco.org to cancel or hit ‘cancel’ button at the bottom of your registration confirmation email
Everyone gets one free miss.
For limited-capacity events, repeated no-shows will result in progressive accountability (waitlist-only status, loss of registration for a month, etc.).
Unlimited or high-capacity events are more flexible, but we appreciate communication when you can’t attend.
Important Reminder for Res Hab Agencies:
If you register a participant for an event, please communicate with their aides or staff to ensure the participant attends.
When a participant doesn’t show up and staff aren't aware, it takes a spot away from someone on the waitlist, preventing another participant from enjoying the event. This can be frustrating and disappointing for everyone.
By keeping staff informed, you help us make events fair, accessible, and enjoyable for all participants.
