And more!
Our social programs are mainly funded through monthly donors, sponsorships, and grants, allowing us to keep them free for all participants.
Employment Programs
We currently employ 37 adults with disabilities across 3 businesses.
We are a bridge between traditional independent jobs and 1-on-1 job coaching for adults with disabilities. It can be intimidating to jump straight into the workplace right after leaving school, so we provide a supported work experience so that employees can gain confidence in their skills.
Self-Sustaining Financial Structure
Our employment programs are designed to progress in skill and intensity.
All positions offer on-the-job training with adaptive resources, so people of all abilities are able to work with us.
Employment Progression
As employees move from one program to the next, they gain more hours, learn additional skills, and gain confidence in the workplace.

The Team
"The first time I really thought about starting something like Belong Co., I was selling ice cream out of my high school classroom to raise funds for my SPED class. I was blown away with how motivating it was for my students to work hard, make money, and apply themselves to a ‘workplace’' - a few months later, I founded Belong Co. and haven’t looked back since.”

Social Programs
We host 4-5 free social events each month for the adult disability population.
