Working as a member of our Ice Cream Team is a fun and challenging position for those who want to dip their toe into the Belong Co. employment world.

As a member of the ice cream team you will learn:

  • How to scoop ice cream using adaptive tools

  • How to interact with a customer, take orders, and use an adaptive POS system

  • How to work with a mobile cart and support your team in an event environment

  • How to work in our ice cream storefront, ‘Negranti by Belong’, and do extra tasks like making milkshakes, cleaning, sweeping, and making waffle cones!

This is a part-time position at 3-10 hours during the summer working both our mobile Ice Cream Cart and staffing ‘Negranti by Belong’ in Garden City. We train our ice cream team with the opportunity to get promoted to our mobile coffee cart. Our mobile team works private events + public events.

We are currently not hiring for any new mobile coffee positions.
