Belong Co. serves anyone ages 18 and up.

All demographics and types of people are welcome at Belong Co. events, as long as you are 18+.

Participant’s are required to adhere to Belong Co. 's code of conduct which is as follows: While attending a Belong Co. event or gathering, all participants are expected to not display behaviors of destruction of property, significant harm towards themselves, or harm towards others. If participant’s do not adhere to the code of conduct listed above, we will require continuing escalations of provided aid.

Belong Co. hosts 3-5 social events per month that are completely free to attend.

We have a type of event for everyone with wonderful opportunities for you to make a new friend, bond over your same distaste of pickles, or show off your great dance moves.

Belong Co. was started in September 2022 to provide more opportunities for adults with disabilities in the Treasure Valley. Our president, Kendall Peake, is passionate about bringing people together and enhancing lives through relationships. Belong Co. also values showing the community that people with disabilities are employable, capable, and hard-working.

All volunteers and team members are background checked to ensure safety. Parents are welcome to stay at the venue while the event is going on, however, some parents choose to leave and that is acceptable too!

A parent or guardian is required to sign the release of liability waiver and our medical/safety plan so all parties are on the same page of the procedures that would occur if an emergency were to happen.

Our social events are free so that all adults with disabilities can attend without the added pressure of paying for the outing. When you attend a gathering, all purchases are the participant’s responsibility. However, you are not required to purchase anything at our gatherings, so this event can always be free as well if needed. We hope that the lack of financial burden will allow us to get more people involved with Belong Co. and allow everyone to enjoy our events with ease.

If you are financially able to support these programs, consider becoming a monthly donor in lieu of what you would pay as an event fee.

You can donate through the donate button on the top right corner of the website if donating via debit or credit. Donations are also accepted via cash or check at any in-person event or gathering. Belong Co. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and our tax number is 92-0423630, so your donation is a tax exemption. Donate Here.

Fill out an interest form and a Belong Co. team member will be in contact with you shortly after to discuss different volunteer roles and responsibilities. Volunteer roles include: set-up/tear down, running a specific activity/table, working one-on-one with a participant, assisting with the whole group, baking treats/snacks ahead of time, and assisting with the coffee cart during our weekend pop-ups.
