The Manager of Negranti by Belong Co. will play a key leadership role in operating a successful ice cream shop while helping create an inclusive workplace where every team member can thrive. There is potential for year-round part-time employment or seasonal (summer) part-time employment. 

Position Summary

The Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Garden City location, ensuring excellent customer service, strong team leadership, and smooth shop operations. This role will supervise staff, support employees with disabilities in their work roles, and help maintain a positive, welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Negranti by Belong Co. Garden City location

• Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment for employees of all abilities

• Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming shop atmosphere

• Maintain food safety and operational standards

• Support onboarding and training of employees, including adults with disabilities

• Assist with community engagement and special events

• Availability:
  • Must be available for weekend shifts 
  • Some weekday shift opportunities available

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or supporting individuals with disabilities

• Experience in ice cream, coffee shop, or quick-service food environments

• Experience opening or closing shifts
