Big news — Belong Co. has opened its very first coffee shop! ☕🐝

It all started in June of 2024 when HP Boise invited Zac to share Belong Co.’s mission with their Disability Business Resource Group. One thing led to another… first ice cream at their summer barbecue, then coffee at Thirsty Thursdays. The pop-ups were such a hit, HP wanted more!

That’s when they discovered an unused coffee bar tucked away in their basement — and just like that, The Hive was born.

On September 3rd, 2025, The Hive officially opened its doors at HP Boise! Now we’re making coffees three mornings a week, giving our team steady schedules, reliable income, and brand-new opportunities to grow.

And don’t worry, friends — we’re still working toward a permanent public spot where everyone can join in the fun.
