A Belong Co. Manager:
Assist employees on-site and ensure coffee placements go smoothly
Lead the set-up and teardown routines, do end of day cash drawer balancing, wash dishes, and laundry
Often need to step in as another barista as needed
Preferably are comfortable with working with adults with disabilities and redirecting behaviors
No barista experience needed
Estimated to start early 2026 - we are just planning ahead!
Part-time hourly wages plus tips (10-25 hours per week)
Must be willing to work occasional weekends
